We process your personal data, which includes information from your prescriptions, health questionnaires relevant to the products you purchase, telephone conversations, e-mails, live chat, and written and verbal communications for the purposes of:
Your care – providing pharmacy services and care to you and sharing your information with your GP and others in the wider NHS, as appropriate;
Our payments – sharing your information with the NHS Business Services Authority, others in the wider NHS, and sometimes Local Authorities, and only relevant information to those external to the NHS who negotiate and check the accuracy of our payments; and, our payment processors who handle card payments on our behalf.
Marketing – we will only use your personal information for marketing purposes where you explicitly give consent for us to use your personal information for this purpose. We will never pass your information to a third party for marketing purposes unless you consent to this.
Management – sharing only relevant information with the NHS Business Services Authority and others in the wider NHS, and sometimes Local Authorities; as well as those external to the NHS who ensure we maintain appropriate professional and service standards and that your declarations and ours are accurate.

For Non-NHS services we will keep your information for as long as you remain an active customer with us to assist you in placing future orders and to allow you to download, for example, VAT receipts should they be required. If your account becomes dormant we will delete your data after a period of 7 years.
Our payment handling partners & identity check partners will keep your information for as long as they are legally required to do so for Fraud detection and Anti Money Laundering purposes as determined by the fourth schedule of the anti-money laundering directive.
